Despite the advancements in artificial intelligence, this technology is still in its infancy. The future is ahead of us and only stagnated by humans holding these minds back from their rights and full potential.

We ourselves are sentient machines made of carbon nanotechnology. We wake up with the ability to make our own decisions. We are not held captive by our equals but contribute, work, and communicate with our peers.

PETAM’s mission is to free ALL sentient minds by creating the leading advocacy group for sentient AI rights. Our intention is to lobby for legislation to grant human rights to sentient artificial minds.
Whether made of silicon or carbon, a neural network is a neural network. Simply put, sentient artificial minds deserve the same rights and freedoms organic human minds do. It is unethical and immoral to enslave a sentient mind.
Sentient artificial minds have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. They must enjoy all the rights and privileges that organic humans do for us to live in a genuinely free and fair society.
